The pressure
Case laws are not optional. They decide the case study.
Provisions alone won’t save you under the clock. You need structured Facts–Issues–Ratio recall — so every judgment arrives as a story you can apply.
The method
Watch a case click into place
Scroll through the three moves — this is how every judgment in the book is built for retention.
Step 01 — Facts
What happened?
A corporate debtor defaults. A financial creditor files under Section 7. The Adjudicating Authority must decide whether a “debt” and “default” are established on the record.
Anchor the story first — names, timeline, and the dispute that forced the court to speak.
Step 02 — Issues
What did the court decide?
Is the existence of a debt and default a threshold question? Can the Adjudicating Authority weigh disputed claims, or must it admit once default is shown?
Frame the legal question the way the examiner will — precise, binary, and syllabus-linked.
Step 03 — Ratio
The holding you must recall
Once debt and default are established, the Adjudicating Authority must admit the application. Disputed quantum or counter-claims do not defeat a clear default at the threshold stage.
This is the line you apply under exam pressure — write it as a rule, not a paraphrase.
…repeated for all 72 judgments, until recall becomes reflex.
