Section 240B. Electronic portal for facilitating procedures

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Code, the Central Government may, by notification, provide

an electronic portal and the procedures related to the insolvency and bankruptcy processes under this Code, which shall be carried out on such electronic portal. 192
