The Supreme Court of India is hearing a Miscellaneous Application arising out of a final judgment and order dated 2021-09-13 passed by the Supreme Court of India in C.A. No. 3224/2020. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) heard the application for approval of the resolution plan for Educomp Solutions Limited for as many as 35 days, but final orders have not been passed. On 2023-08-07, the proceedings were heard for several hours, after which they were posted to 2023-08-29, but in the meantime, one of the members of the Bench has been transferred to the Bench of the NCLT at Chandigarh.
