Dushyant C. Dave, the erstwhile Resolution Professional of Anand Distilleries Pvt. Ltd., filed an application seeking directions for payment of outstanding dues.

The Resolution Plan for the Corporate Debtor, submitted by Dera Finvest Private Limited, was approved by the Tribunal on 08.04.2019.

The Applicant sought directions in relation to unpaid CIRP costs, payments to Operational Creditors, and his fees as Monitoring Committee Chairman.

Bank of Baroda stated that the outstanding amount has been paid and issued a 'No Dues Certificate'.
