Commet Resources [P] Ltd. initiated a case against Robotics Infratech Pvt. Ltd. under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). Mr. Birendra Kumar Tripathi was initially appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP).
