Canara Bank initiated a case against M/s. NSP Associates (India) Pvt. Ltd. under Section 7 of the IB Code, 2016. The Adjudicating Authority had previously appointed Mr. Sandeep Kumar Bhatt as the Resolution Professional on 09.12.2022. However, Mr. Bhatt was suspended by the IBBI for two years via an order dated 01.11.2023. Consequently, the Committee of Creditors (CoC) convened on 07.02.2024 and resolved to replace Mr. Bhatt with Mr. Rohit Sehgal, who holds IBBI registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00528/2017-2018/10953.
