Mr. Ravindra Chaturvedi, the initially appointed Resolution Professional (RP), was subsequently selected as a Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Due to this appointment, Mr. Chaturvedi could no longer serve as the RP for KOBO Biotech Limited.
