Sudarshan Paper & Board Pvt. Ltd. initiated a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Kalika Press Pvt. Ltd. An Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) was appointed. Subsequently, the Operational Creditor's claim was settled, with repayment made via a post-dated cheque.
