The Operational Creditor was the sole member of the Committee of Creditors (CoC). In the first CoC meeting held on 14.02.2020, the Operational Creditor informed the CoC of their intention to withdraw their claim. The fresh application was filed along with Form FA at page 24 of the application. The constitution of CoC has been referred to at page 7, which shows that the Applicant is the sole member of the CoC.
