Mr. Sanjay Garg was appointed as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor, M/s. A to Z Barter Pvt. Ltd., by an order dated January 4, 2021. He subsequently tendered his resignation via a letter dated July 14, 2025, in accordance with Regulation 22A of the IBBI (Insolvency Professional) Regulations, 2016. This resignation was then presented to the Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC).
