Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) filed an application to intervene in the resolution plan of Jaiprakash Associates Limited.

The application was filed under Section 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

YEIDA sought permission to intervene in the resolution plan, to receive a copy of the resolution plan, and to file objections against the treatment of its claims.

The Tribunal noted that the issues raised by YEIDA had already been considered in previous applications (I.A. No. 03 of 2026 and I.A. No. 114 of 2026).

The Tribunal also noted that the issues were sub judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The Tribunal held that the Resolution Plan is a confidential document during its consideration under Section 31 of the Code.
