The present appeal arises from an order dated April 5, 2019, passed by the Adjudicating Authority (NCLT, Kolkata Bench), which admitted an application filed by Mr. Suresh Narayan Singh, the appellant, under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
